The Harrison Fest 2016 Parade doesn't just appear out of the air. The organization of the Parade takes a lot of planning. Besides Marching Bands, Civic Organizations, Elected Official & Dignitaries, School Groups, Cheerleaders, the Family of the Year, the Veteran of the Year, etc., you need floats. What's a Parade without floats.
